A merchant mariner by trade, John spent a decade at sea, traversing the globe and moving cargo to all corners of the world. Today, he moves ships in and out of the Port of Houston. Time away from ships is spent in the outdoors, pursuing wild game in season, and taking his family into fresh air for leisure.
