Chuck Charnichart is a pitmaster and one of the owners of Barbs B Q in Lockhart, TX, which is currently a semifinalist for the Best New Restaurant category of the James Beard Awards. Chuck spent the last 5 years working in notable barbecue restaurants in Texas, Norway, and Egypt. She’s known for her relentless passion to craft and deliver the best of the best but most importantly making BBQ a more inclusive experience.
