Colter Peck - Elementary

Colter Peck has enjoyed a meandering path to chefdom, from casual fare, to a Denver winery, before catapulting his career path to Portland where he worked in renowned kitchens like Le Pigeon and Proud Mary.
He took time to work on a Boulder farm to better understand the importance of the supply chain before moving to Austin, Texas to join the kitchen at Two Hands.
A popup series later led to him opening his restaurant, Elementary, named for its childlike curiosity and constant education. A love letter to Colter's inner kid, Elementary serves playful and flavorful dishes inspired by global cuisines with an emphasis on seasonality & Central Texas farmers.
