Our Santa Maria Grill is designed for the backyard. This grill is available as a stand-alone unit on skids, or as a drop-in unit for installation in an outdoor kitchen. Use the drop-down menu below to select your preferred model.

The Santa Maria comes standard with:

Fire brick grill basin
Upper frame assembly with wheel and lifting tray
2 Expanded metal cooking grates

Additional items that can be added-on include:

Lid - High-Temp painted lid that covers the basin
V-Grate - Directs the oils and juices from cooking meat into a catchment pan. A total of 2 v-grates can fit on the Santa Maria.
Plancha - The plancha tray is a versatile surface for searing meats, fish, and vegetables. A total of 4 planchas can fit on the Santa Maria.
Cast Iron Grates - Restaurant-quality cast-iron grates provide great heat retention and distribution. A Half-Set will fill half of lifting tray, a Full-Set will fill the entire lifting tray.

Hooks - Set of 4 stainless steel hooks for hanging meats, fish, or vegetables.

Each Santa Maria is made-to-order. Please allow for a lead-time of 10-12 weeks.

Shipping is not included in the purchase price. Once complete, the Santa Maria can be picked up at our shop in Lockhart, TX free of charge. The Santa Maria can also be shipped on a pallet. All shipping and handling fees will be invoiced separately near the completion date. We can provide a shipping and handling quote upon request.
