Adjust up: Introducing our Special Edition Offset Smoker line. We are currently building 361 gallon and 529 gallon smokers on trailers and skids. Constructed out of mild steel pipe, instead of the salvaged propane tanks we use to build our standard offset smokers, these show stoppers come with all the bells and whistles.
