Seven years in, we’re still chasing that first-fire feeling—so we built a package to celebrate. To mark the milestone, we have put together the 94 Gallon Gold Series - a fully loaded, numbered edition, limited to 10 complete packages. Every smoker carries our Conquistador Gold badge and matching serial numbers across the smoker and knife.

Like all of our products, the 94 Gallon Smoker is handbuilt using materials sourced from steel suppliers across the country. These materials pass through many hands before being transformed into an heirloom-quality smoker, and ending up in your backyard. The unique patina and individual characteristics of each 94 are developed along this journey, so no two smokers will ever be exactly the same. We start by sourcing quality steel and industrial-grade hardware. We focus on intentional design, using multiple function components and details that the user will notice over time. For this design, we applied everything that we learned from building smokers on a commercial level: keep it simple yet sturdy, and make it enjoyable to use. This smoker maintains consistent temperature, so folks can expect consistent results.

Once complete, the 94 Gallon Smoker can be picked up at our shop in Lockhart, TX free of charge.

The 94 can also be crated and shipped. Shipping is not included in the purchase price, and may extend the lead-time by approximately 2 weeks. All shipping and handling fees will be invoiced separately near the completion date. We can provide a shipping and handling quote upon request.
