Johan Fritzell  and Johan Åkerberg teamed up to bring Texas-style barbecue to Europe.  Holy Smoke BBQ serves smoked meats from their shack in rural Sweden. Since 2015, they have invited some of the best names in barbecue to share techniques and knowledge in their summer class series. They recently launched Holy Trail, a barbecue delivery truck travelling throughout the country twice a month.
