Pitmaster Damien Brockway began his BBQ and live fire journey blessed with growing up
in/around family and community BBQ’s serving whole chickens, hogs, seafood, wild game,
sausage and more. Damien pursued a career in professional restaurants at the age of 15 and
spent the next 2 1⁄2 decades working/traveling the country and beyond, honing his craft working wood grills, wood rotisseries, fire cages, wood ovens, direct heat smokers and offset smokers.
