Position Overview:
Mill Scale Metalworks is seeking a skilled and dependable Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up and operating CNC press brakes to accurately bend and form steel components according to engineering drawings and production requirements.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, precision, and teamwork are highly valued.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC press brake.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders.
  • Perform accurate bending and forming operations.
  • Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring tools.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with general fabrication and production tasks as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years experience operating press brakes in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to safely lift materials and work in a shop environment.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • MIG welding experience.
  • General metal fabrication experience.
  • Experience with production manufacturing processes.
