Justin Holden and Jodie Holden are the co-owners and operators of Heats House in Lockhart, Texas. Heats House is a modern take on Bed & Breakfast, offering a short-term rental with the option to book a private live-fire dinner experience. Justin is the creative force as the Pitmaster of Heats House. He brings his meticulous attention to detail, love of food, fire, and celebration of various cultures to the experience. He is completely self-taught, spending years honing his skills to bring the flavors of Heats House to life.
Jodie spent years in the hospitality industry from front of the house to operations management in Austin, as well as, working for a chef and restaurant group in New York City. She brings her skills and operations experience to Heats House with her creativity, collaborative menu planning, approachable personality and welcoming vibe.
