Joe Zavala grew up around the fire, watching his Pops cook. He's carried forward the family tradition at Zavala's BBQ in Grand Prairie, TX. Zavala's has made appearances on Texas Monthly's Top 50 BBQ Joints in Texas, as well as the Dallas Observer's "Top 100 Restaurants in Dallas."
