Bludorn Senegal Dinner
We are proud to join Chef Aaron Bludorn and Chef Serigne Mbaye, 2021 Nola Eater Chef of the Year and 2022 James Beard Foundation Award finalist, for a one-night only culinary experience combining Bludorn's French-inspired Gulf Coast cuisine with Mbaye's modern Senegalese cuisine. Enjoy a celebratory evening filled with delicious food and the opportunity to support Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) mission of providing culinary, job and life skills to middle-and-high school students.
