When we invited Tuffy Stone to come try out our 94 Gallon Smoker, he made one small request. He has a very particular fire management style, and he wanted to be able to test our smoker using a coal pan in the firebox.
The Coal Pan raises the coal bed above any ash accumulation, which allows for increased airflow. It fits perfectly in the firebox of our 94 Gallon Smoker.
Please keep in mind that the Coal Pan is currently made-to-order, with a lead time of approximately 6-8 weeks.
