Carl Dreyer

Carl Philip Dreyer has been interested in food and hunting since childhood and has long dreamed of serving more game to people. 

Through his previous work as a tour manager for several artists, Carl has had the opportunity to travel all over the world. It is with this inspiration and expereince that he is now creating something new within the world of traditional Swedish game cuisine. 

Today, he runs Blommeröd, the legendary farm in the middle of Skåne in southern Sweden, where he lives and arranges unique events, hunts, and experiences for guests from all over the country. 

He also runs Dreyer’s, a holistic concept using game that includes everything from unique pop-up restaurants and concepts, to food trucks at festivals and events. 

The work to create something exciting and have people look differently at game today has just begun. Carl Philip is more determined than ever that he will get more people to understand the true benefits of eating game meat, especially in a time like this where sustainability is more relevant than ever.
