The Coal Pan raises the coal bed above any ash accumulation, which allows for increased airflow. It fits perfectly in the firebox of our 54 Gallon Smoker.
Please keep in mind that the Coal Pan is currently made-to-order, with a lead time of approximately 6-8 weeks.
