The Firebox Plancha is integrated into the firebox of a 54 Gallon Smoker, and serves as a flat-top cooking surface for searing proteins, veggies, or pitmaster snacks. The lid keeps the cooking surface clean and covered. Must be included with initial purchase of 54 Gallon Smoker, as this item cannot be installed on an existing smoker.
