The Cabinet Smoker is capable of direct and indirect heat cooking for high volume, in a relatively small footprint.
The Cabinet Smoker specs are as follows:
- 60" wide x 48" deep x 88" high
- Carbon steel construction.
- Total footprint will be 84" including the 24" firebox.
- 2" insulated cabinet.
- 10 expanded grates and 12 sausage rods.
- Firebox installed on right side of cook chamber.
- Steel casters.
Additional items that can be added-on include:
- Additional expanded metal cooking grates
- Additional Stainless Steel sausage rods
Each Cabinet Smoker is made-to-order. Please allow for a lead time of 10-12 weeks.
Shipping is not included in the purchase price. Once complete, the unit can be picked up at our shop in Lockhart, TX free of charge. The unit can also be shipped on a pallet. All shipping and handling fees will be invoiced separately near the completion date. We can provide a shipping and handling quote upon request.
