We enjoyed being a part of Field Guide Festival. Mill Scale supplied live-fire cooking equipment for this amazing lineup of chefs and farmers.

What: Field Guide Festival is a food systems festival. While we can’t bring every guest to visit our farms, we can bring the farmers to you! You’ll find fresh ingredients, grown and harvested by our farmers, prepared by our favorite chefs, from around the city. Communities are built around tables, and this festival is an expansion of the farm to table movement. Experience a weekend of innovative conversation, connection, and cookouts with those who make our Austin food economy special.
